Chords in the Key of D major
This session will show you the main chords in the key of D major.
In following Sessions, the Keys of A major & E major will be covered.

The 6 chords above are the main chords in the key of D major.
The Key of D major consists of  3 major chords & 3 minor chords.
(Each key also has a diminished chord - more of that later!)

All Keys follow the same pattern - for example:
The Key of A major is:
A major, B minor, C# minor, D major, E major & F# minor.


Have a go at the following 6 Chord Progressions in the Key of D major.
Count 4 beats for each chord.
Make up some progressions of your own.
